The staff in The Dementia ward are so ill equipped to care for patients with dementia it is shocking. On my father's first night he was scared and felt unsafe so was agitated. He is 85 and frail. I got a call at 10:30 at night saying that they had called the police and ambulance as he was being aggressive toward all the staff and patients. I got in my car and went there to see.
