Love the mall, but today I found no where to change my baby. The bathroom did not have a changing table and the family room they use to have designated for that is gone!! Very upsetting.
Do NOT go to Round 1 at North Riverside Mall. Just spent 4 hours (money) of bowling, arcade, and food for 8 kids to have one of the employees (Robert) accuse one of the boys with us (12 yrs old) of stealing a basketball that he redeemed with his points. The manager snatched the ball out of the boys’ mother’s hand saying we could get it back when we provide proof that we purchased it. After we provided proof Robert couldn’t even look at us.
