Great selection and great staff, good qaulity purchases
Thieves. Charged over $300 for a gift. When it is not received I decide to reach out. Upon contact, they say the item is delayed a year. Reach out after 12 months and after 18 months. No one will speak with me. No item has been shipped. They still have the $300. Do not order anything from them.
I was extremely hesitant to do business with NRO after reading so many negative reviews. However, I addressed these reviews over the phone with Whitney, the Wellesley store manager, and she made it clear the she was trying to rectify the situation. I ended up taking a calculated risk was very pleased with both Whitney and the product I purchased. I can’t speak for everyone else, but my experience was great & I would buy from them again without hesitation.
