This KinderCare puts kids at risk. They are consistently understaffed because employees are underpaid and constantly calling off. The people they do hire often seem unqualified and uninterested in caring for children. I’ve witnessed kids running wild, climbing and jumping without supervision—accidents waiting to happen. Both of our children attended Young Explorers in North Ridgeville. We loved every teacher they had, the facility is clean, bright and happy. Our kids thrived in the environment and learned much more than we could have imagined. The teachers loved and cared for our children in the best of ways. They have a wonderful app that they fill with information and photos each day for communication and updates. We have been incredibly happy at the school and we’ve been there since it opened.

We couldn't be happier with the care our little ones have received at this Kindercare. We started here after a horrible experience with another local child care center and the difference I have seen in my children is remarkable! The Director, Christine and Assistant Director, Sarah seem to have a unique bond with every single child in the school. It's incredible! That was one of the first things we noticed during our tour. This is a really good daycare. My son enjoys going. He is learning so much. The staff is wonderful and keeps you updated on what is going on.
