RecommendedGreat company! I use them for school transport daily out of the North Reading terminal. Driver’s are always kind and are a pleasure to talk with. Dispatchers are very kind and professional over the phone and work very hard to make sure students reach their destinations on time!
never had a problem with NRT until today when my daughters bus supposedly showed up at 745 (I was told by the driver when she started getting my daughter. she would be her to pick up at 750) which she is never on time. I called the north reading office and was told if the driver said 750 she shouldn't have left till 753 even if they arrive a little early. i won't stand outside waiting for the bus as she usually shows up around 810/815 most days.
Great reliable company. No complaints. My daughter uses them daily for school transport.
