Glenda on reception.really unhelpful,impolite alot of eye rolling and nasty looks shared with her co worker (Amon? Black scarf who I saw behave hugely inappropriately at the courthouse last week) I'd imagine the number of people's days that Glenda's wrecked would be in the 1000s a really nasty piece of work wouldn't recommend. Emma was pleasant,,efficient,courteous.
Thumbs down to Glenda on reception for telling someone that I know “you have received enough help”. No empathy for what these women are going through. I will never understand how people with such disregard for others get into jobs like this.
