I am not usually one to write a negative review, although I am very confused at the service I received. I booked online for a 'Whole body tightness relief package 60 min' - upon walking in, we spent the first 15 minutes as the lady tried to get me to book in for longer (obviously more $) - (I overheard her doing this to another customer also) - when I declined as I was limited on both time and the money, we decided to go ahead with what I'd booked.
