Does anyone answer the phone at this facility?? Geez!!!! You people SUCK!!!!!!
HORRIBLE... In 2023 there were 4 different Administrators/Directors and this facility was unclean and foul smelling. July 2024 this facility continues to decline. And money has been discovered missing from my siblings account several times (2 X in 2023) and this year the threat was made (by phone and letter) that she would be put out if $24 was not paid. I made a trip to DSS along with the letter. The case worker said North Pointe should check THEIR records as they were paid that in January of 2024 and they could NOT put her... read more
