I WAS a client. I have been terminated without any response from the accountant. I was a client for 2 years. The 3rd year sent all of my information in advance to file my taxes, but received no communication. I understand you are busy but I would appreciate a response that you would not be able to help me. I tried by phone, email and text but no response.
I have hired an attorney and we have filed a civil complaint against him. I hired Mr. Joshi to complete tax returns for 2022 for me personally and my two businesses on February 3, 2023. Mr. Joshi never completed any of my returns and has given me months of excuses. He said the returns were completed in July but I never received them. He continues to tell me they're completed but I never receive them and he continues to give me excuses why he skips our planned meetings.
