This lady was very professional , she treated me with respect , answer all my queries , she honestly went above and beyond . My self and 3 kids were undocumented for 7 years with no knowledge of immigration . We were unsure of our next move Mrs Goodfellow took me through the steps explain it well to me and was patient .
