Why is the drive thur & bank closed? When you are an essential business. So upset when I need to do a cash deposit (no supplies at ATM) & wanting to talk to someone about doing more services. I'm just lucky i have another credit union who does care enough to stay open when customers need them. I will be limiting all of my accounts, since you have limited services.
Something going on at NPCCU. I have been waiting since October to get reimbursed for fraudulent charges. Meetings, texts & phone calls. Still getting nowhere. Manager won’t return my calls. Tellers won’t answer questions. They are short staffed. Even prior to coronavirus scare. My gut tells me there is trouble & they’ll be closing. We’re getting out after 20-30 years. I would encourage other members to be diligent & take notice.
