Over the course of 3 weeks my sister and I contacted Northpark Senior Care Center in Brookpark, Ohio a total of at least 5 times trying to arrange a tour and get some information as we were looking for a place for a senior family member. Update 4/2026 - 4-5+ years later, I still feel the same about North Park. It’s a safe place to live for the residents, it’s kept clean, and the property is well kept. And I’m still forever grateful. 🥹 Original 2020-2021 - I can’t say enough GOOD things about North Park Independent Living Community. I was a resident in this facility recently. The care I received was excellent. Responses were prompt and always kind and willing. In addition to excellent nursing care, food was excellent and facility was spotless!! I would never go anywhere else! Thank you to all of the staff and administration!

Disgusting! I wouldn't put anything let alone anyone there! Facility is not kept up, bed bugs were spotted today and had to evacuate. Patients have no voice!!! IF YOU CARE ABOUT SOMEONE AVOID THIS PLACE!!!🥲
