Vicki Nash is either the most incompetent or most greedy attorney I have ever worked with. On my case all she was interested in was maximizing her billing hours, not trying to settle the case, which after I fired her, was settled quickly. The State Bar of California is investigating her and her partner Brent North for unethical behavior. That should tell you all you need to know.
