Not so great experiences at this establishment. They NEVER have what we need! The gentleman that works there is extremely rude. I was completely ignored today... A young lady (the groomer) had to help. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting and he walked off to help someone who'd just walked up... I'm sure I looked baffled... He's very helpful if your spending money on fish, tanks, or accessories, but couldn't be bothered with you other wise. I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again... great place, bought two rats from here, lovely sweet little things, in good health. Staff are always helpful and you get a chance to interact with the animals. They are prepared to answer any questions you have, and are knowledgeable about all their animal's care requirements. Again, lovely store, highly recommend them.

I purchased a hamster from this store and during the third night of owning it, I had to watch it slowly die. The next morning when I was able to contact the store, I was informed that they neglected to give the baby hamsters medicine for wet tail, a completely treatable disease. Half of the litter died because they had gotten relaxed with their hamster care. I was able to receive a refund, but nothing can erase the trauma of having to watch the poor little thing suffer and slowly die for hours.
