I ordered 4 five gallon carboys. They are great quality and the packaging was also the best I've seen ( I have over 25 carboys) and I've never received a broken bottle. But this time one had a cracked bottom. It's cracked straight through the middle and also a round crack around the bottom. Unsafe to use. The packaging was also damaged from a fall to the top that cut through the carboard packing. So the break probably was from FedEx. Orders are slow, they hold your money hostage, and they lie about the fulfillment status. I would have given zero stars 🌟 if that were an option. Do not do business with this pathetic company. Caveat emptor!

I called ahead to confirm they were open for supplies. I drove a little over an hour to be told they only do online sales. I figured I'd try picking up in person since alot of reviews show broken items in packaging/shipping.

I purchased the Beer Bottle Cleaning Brush, Item #LDC 4774. The description clearly says, “Nylon bristles on the end” There are none, I cannot use this brush at all.
