I called ahead to confirm they were open for supplies. I drove a little over an hour to be told they only do online sales. I figured I'd try picking up in person since alot of reviews show broken items in packaging/shipping.
I purchased the Beer Bottle Cleaning Brush, Item #LDC 4774. The description clearly says, “Nylon bristles on the end” There are none, I cannot use this brush at all.
I have purchased products many times. This time I bought 30 packs of yeast at a time, but they all gave me products that would expire in the next month. This is very unethical and despicable.
I have try to do business with the company and no luck. Bought their product trough amazon and love it, but it's so unreliable in delivering on time. Since Oct I called and send emails, I'm in the middle of Dec., but still nothing. I wanted their product so badly but it has been so difficult. Still gave them another try trough Amazon and hopefully i get something solve soon. If you want easy business this is not the company.
