If I could give 0 stars I would. This company wants $2200 upfront just to turn on water that is already ran to the home we live in. They are upset because the prior owners didn't pay their bill and would even work out a payment plan with my family to be able to turn our water on in our home. How crazy?! I have little kids and they refuse to do anything to change the outrageous price. They know they are the only option and price gouge new member/owners.
These people work hard for Jacksonville and surrounding towns all non-profit and get my vote!
Tryed twice to get a answer to water related problems with them never got a call back now trying for the 3rd time wish me luck.
