I would not recommend Hait & Kuhn based on my experience. I retained them during a serious family-law matter and found the representation passive, disorganized, and completely inadequate for the stakes involved. I expected strategy, urgency, and actual advocacy. Instead, I felt like I was paying attorney rates while having to manage the case myself. I have been very impressed by this law firm. After going through different lawyers, I finally found one that listens and communicates extremely well. The staff always responded quickly and they send an email recap per every phone call and visit. This helped me stay on track and revisit information when need. I highly recommend them!!!
