This week the recycle pick up truck dropped the xan, hard, on top of our hedge and broke a good third of it, leaving a big hole and a mess. No apologie or note. I called to lodge my complaint. After reading other reviews, I didn't expect what happened next. The customer svc officer, Chris I think, took my story down, and about an hour later a Recology truck pull up and took all the broken debris away, as I had requested! While unhappy about the damage, this end of the debacle was handled to perfection!
