I have purchased several items over about 10 years. Compared to the other companies that are online it is so much better. They can talk you through the different option. Best of all they are responsive and quick. They will also help set up the bed. I cannot recommend highly enough. The service and quality is why they have stayed in business for so long.

Communications with Laura from start to finish were excellent which was then nicely topped off by having two professional, polite and efficient delivery guys drop off and install our furniture. John and Dean were respectful of our carpets (recently cleaned and beige!) which was appreciated. Thank you NLF.

A chance conversation led to me finding out about North London Furniture. A friend had heard through another friend that a bed had been ordered and the original person was absolutely over the moon with delight. I went to see them and was greeted so well, and felt very comfortable. Laura had asked for details of my old mattress and I photographed the label, from that she was able to ascertain the sort of mattress that I wanted and I went for the whole bed not just the mattress.
