The women staff there is ridiculous. The treat the men there like they are below scum. the women staff also need some customer service classes for when they are answering the phone and dealing with visitors. it's alady that has been there for years and no one likes her not even staff she is the worst I will reframe from posting her name and her superiors know all about her she has been complained about for years and nothing has happened. this entire place needs new staff from the managers, supervisors , counselors and all.
I was on a phone call with and inmate and the lady started yelling at him about how he got back from work today I find this very unprofessional and would like to report this behavior anybody know how to go about this
I went and didn't have any problems everyone was very nice. Maybe I caught them on a good day.
