Would definitely recommend to anymore no matter the age or reason for visiting. Facilities are up to a high standard and kept clean constantly. Zach has been very helpful through my injury and giving me clear steps for full recovery. Staff treat you like a person and not like another paycheck.
I booked an appointment with Jayden due to a recurring injury popping up once more. I’d seen a Physio previously, which helped me keep the pain at bay for a few years. Seeing Jayden today, I was extremely impressed with how informative and thorough he was. Through questions, history, and physical movements, Jayden provided a bit of relief to the pain, as well as provide a clear cut plan of what to work on going forward.
I recently switched to North Lakes Sports and Rehab for my meniscus repair rehab, and the difference has been significant. Unlike my previous experience with another clinic in the area the team here truly listens to my concerns and customizes the treatment to target specific pain points and weaknesses. I appreciate the continuity of care as I’m consistently treated by the same physio who understands my recovery journey. I feel more confident and well supported in my rehab here.
The best Physio I been ever with is Conor from this clinic, he whiteboarded my symtoms and was able to catch my problem very well. Kudos to him 100% recommended.
