UPDATE: I'm going to leave my original review, but, I don't think the owner recognized me and I checked out the store for the first time, the owner was very pleasant, probably not recognizing or remembering how they slandered me last year. He was extremely helpful, allowed me to oil my bicycle chain for free, he cut my seat post for free, I bought a little bell foe my handlebars, and he also gifted me a phone holder that he had sitting in the store for a long time for free. My wife and I were in kaslo visiting for one night. My chain was skipping out of gear and becoming more problematic to ride. I contacted the North Kootenay Bike Shop and Neil was extremely helpful. He got my bike in right away and fixed the problem and my bike has been running great! He also gave me a plan for preventative maintenance that I’ll be sure to do! Thanks again. I will be back!
Kaslo E- kruise was an amazing & awesome experience- everything from checking the bikes out to the trails that we travelled! I would highly recommend them as well as come back and fonitvss as lol over again!!
I dropped my Sworks stumpjumper Evo off for some repairs and I was so happy with the work they done. I will definitely bringing my bike back and recommend anyone to take they're bike there.
While on my recent Selkirk Loop Bikepacking tour couldn’t get my wheel to seat properly after a flat. Neil welcomed me in, got me fixed and had spares that I needed. Great service and a great guy. Thanks so much.
