My husband and I took advantage of the bike shop's shuttle service to ride the 'Friendly Giant' trail while we were camping in Kaslo. So convenient. Neil told us exactly what to expect and gave us pointers on some other trails to explore and help improve our skills. Everyone at the shop is welcoming and helpful. What small, local business is all about.
Five stars are not enough. Neil made a house call . He did some work on my Freedom Chair. Thank you Neil for your above and beyond service!
Kaslo E- kruise was an amazing & awesome experience- everything from checking the bikes out to the trails that we travelled! I would highly recommend them as well as come back and fonitvss as lol over again!!
I dropped my Sworks stumpjumper Evo off for some repairs and I was so happy with the work they done. I will definitely bringing my bike back and recommend anyone to take they're bike there.
I spent two days e in Kaslo and my number one activity was renting an electric bike at Kaslo E-Kruise! I was a little concerned never riding one before and going off-road. Well, I had a wonderful, safe and beautiful ride! What enhanced my confidence and being relaxed, was the owner Neil as our tour guide! He knew the best route, gave us info of the history of the area and was my biggest cheerleader! I’m 60 years young and definitely will be back for another trail ride! My advice..you will love it!!
