There are not enough tellers to sufficiently help customers in a timely manner! It is unacceptable!
Clifton branch is the best! They were kind. And Effective ! And Professional
Place is worse and worse everytime I bank here… time to take my money somewhere else…. They don’t even have a bathroom for customers to Use in the Elmwood Park location…. This is 2024!
I went to the Elmwood park branch and I was greeted with a very friendly smile and the service was fantastic by Noemi She was very professional and just a pleasure to deal with..
EDIT[8/6]: all locations were closed today due to "Associate Appreciation Day"...gee, would have been nice to INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS before I made an unnecessary 30-minute round trip to a closed office! 😡 They've made some changes - a valid form of ID is now required. And, they finally reopened the drive-thru window! However, just walk in - their drive-thru is HORRENDOUS! I've been a customer for 24 years and I still have to pay a fee to get my balance over the phone...that's ridiculous! That's a service, not extortion.
