I consistently experience a warm welcome wherever I visit Elmwood Park branch Every team member provides high standard for services and professionalism, particularly Milagros shows a combination of professionalism and dedication.
I lost my wallet and require a new debit card.After signing and seating,I waited for a banker.Ms Milagros came from the teller area and upon asking what I needed, immediately offered to assist me with printing a new card.She verified my identity by asking me security questions in a professional manner due to having only my Paterson School job ID and no personal identification.Great services
