RecommendedHaving taken the Real Estate Sales Agent course Modules 1 & 2, I found it to be extremely challenging. Dave Brown and Jim Doumit are excellent instructors. Due to the immense amount of information it can be daunting to absorb all the material. Expect homework which includes reading and doing book tests every night after 8 hours in the classroom.
