Personal in-depth muscle and tendon work explored areas I never had experienced before. I got to recognize the under trappings of the stiffness and pain and how correction in stance is a big key to overcoming the problem.

I am not even half way through my therapy for fracturing hip three weeks ago and I feel that I could already walk without the walker after 5 PT sessions! But I would be in big trouble if I did. Travis is a wonderful therapist, really pays attention to what I have to say and so helpful getting me through this. He explains the exercises and is encouraging to get me through them.
