Nice people but they are too busy to help and drop the ball. I bought a blaze king 9-9-2022 I have had to repeatedly ask for a receipt and still don’t have one. They didn’t know the fan kit wasn’t with the stove, I had to drive 6 hours round trip to get the stove then got home with no fan kit then they realized it was on back order….finally after text after text and email after emails and phone call after phone call they mail me the fan kit.
