This was our first year having Eric prepare our taxes, and we've been very happy with the experience. It was an unusually complicated year for us because of my mother's passing and several related tax issues, and Eric was patient, responsive, and very quick to answer our questions by email. He also prepared returns for both of our children, who live in Florida and New York, and handled those very well. We uploaded our documents to his secure portal.
