North Hills Life Care and Rehab needs many things done. Most of the nurses are pretty good people. But need to be reevaluated. They don't keep a regular schedule time for patients medication. Some even go so far as mixing medicines together to give to patients if their prescribed medicine doesn't suit them in strength. Toilets and sinks get cleaned at the most 2times a week. Beds aren't changed regularly. Carpets are dirty. Blood on the carpet is left for patients to have to walk on. Call lights need to either be changed or ... read more

My Mom Shirley, was there for about a year and a half, till her passing. I won't lie and say every thing was perfect, we had our share of problems, it was really hard with her dementia and all the problems she had nearly every day. I doubt I could have found a better place for Mom to live, the staff sometimes went above and beyond their duties, and genuinely cared. I'm gonna miss a whole lot of wonderful people there, staff and residents.
What an incredible group of caring people! The staff show integrity and dedication making North hills the best!
This is a great facility with loving and caring staff. I am pleased with the care hubby gets.
