When my mom was at end of life, they made me leave, because it was dinner time. My mom was in pain and we were waiting for pain meds to be delivered. It will haunt me forever. I was not allowed to be there with my Mom when she passed. Caregivers change every 3 months without explanation. They discourage patients from going to the restroom, encouraging them to just go in their diaper so they don't have to assist in transferring. Caregiver Tracy was absolutely wonderful.
When it comes to Assisted Living, at the end of the day you want the peace of mind knowing that mom and dad are taken care of. Here you will find that peace of mind because they are cared for with love, empathy and professionalism!
