The staff is seriously rude! They talk to you like trash when on the phone and even worse in person. I just had the worst experience on the phone just 2 minutes ago. While I was on the phone, I was also trying to fix my 2 year old sons ventilator and de cap a couple of his oxygen tanks so he could breathe and I got the worst attitude EVER! Really ticked me off! If she can read this just know, don’t take my kindness for weakness! If you don’t like people maybe you shouldn’t work at a school.
