I’m a new member but the staff is really nice but I had a few things that got charged to my account when I set up auto pay and it rejected the payments but the bank still charged me multiple times for overdraft fees how is the legal I asked and the lady said she didn’t know but so far not a good system but imma give it a month and see how it turns out.
Staff is always good when helping you.
My account was closed and my money was sent to a dormant account. I moved and did not receive any of the letters they stated they sent even though my mail was forwarded. Will not ever bank with this bank again.
