I have the same experience as the other recent reviewer on here, and I've been told much the same thing -- that they used to be great and now they just don't care. I've had periodic issues with my alarm system that they installed about a year or two ago, and in order to get anyone to respond to me I need to leave multiple voice messages, speak with someone at the office, and text and call the mobile numbers I've been given (no one ever answers and sometimes they might respond) in order to get any kind of help. They used to be fine. However, they no longer seem to support their installs on Shelter Island. I emailed them 12 times, left various voicemails and even went to their location. They do not respond. Avoid if you need help post installation.
I was looking for a very old 4 inch speaker Gary the owner looked in his old stock couldn't find it but he tried that's why he rates five stars with me
I have worked with NORTH FORK AUDIO VIDEO for over 10 years and am always 100% satisfied with their work. Their team is a step above the rest and i can always rely on them when i need them. Hands down - the best!
