The lady at NFCMA was so helpful and friendly. I had been using double the water that I had always used and called to have main line turned off to replace inside main shutoff valve. She advised me how to check the toilet for leaking slowly. I did and it was. Just a trickle right down the drain, but continuous. Didn't need to shut off the main, and just shut off the toilet until we replace it. SO HELPFUL.

They shut your water off without actually getting in contact with you after only being delinquent on a bill for a month. Then they don't turn you on until the next day after charging you and extra $100 and tell you it's your fault. Would give zero out of five stars if I could. Would choose literally any other water company if I could.

New online bill pay is a total mess. Hard to get to correct website location. Then couldn't add my new bank account's debit card or even account numbers to pay by e-check. Very difficult to actually make your payment. Add'l fees to pay anyway you choose (check, debit, credit card,etc.) It's a racket.

Seems like it's an ongoing issue with the administration. They're talking over people, not listening, transferring them or hanging up. It is still going on today. Clearly the top administration needs to take a look at this and fix it. Your staff is extremely unprofessional, non-caring and downright ignorant. People would not take time out of their day to write a review if it wasn't this bad. It's a shame when a public service company disregards the county they're supposed to serve. Do better.

Today I am closing on a home in Fayette Cty and I was told I needed to call the water company. I seriously talked to the most rudest person I have ever dealt with in customer service. I didn't catch her name as she had given it to me when she answered but her complete rudest caught me off guard to keep it in my mind. I just can't believe someone in this type of business can have someone working for them like this.
