Today I am closing on a home in Fayette Cty and I was told I needed to call the water company. I seriously talked to the most rudest person I have ever dealt with in customer service. I didn't catch her name as she had given it to me when she answered but her complete rudest caught me off guard to keep it in my mind. I just can't believe someone in this type of business can have someone working for them like this.

Terrible customer service. Talked to a woman named Leslie who clearly didn’t understand what was going on with the account. I asked to be transferred and she kept talking over me, and disconnected me, while I was taking. When I called back, she STILL didn’t want to transfer me. I asked 3-4 times to be transferred before she stopped talking over me and actually let me speak to someone. Called this morning and the person who answered was so incredibly rude it was shocking. This is the first negative review I have ever written in my life if that says anything. If I could get my water through another company I would but I guess this is why they feel they can treat people so poorly.

Just moved in November and was told they billed quarterly. Got contacted by my landlord that they were going to shut off my water and I hadn’t received a bill. Called to see if they would give me a few extra days for when I got paid to pay what was due since I’m a single mom and we rely on just my paycheck and they wouldn’t and were extremely rude about it too.

Can't understand why there is so many 1 star reviews. No complaints at my house turn the sink on there is always clean drinkable water can't ask for much more...
