We had the strangest experience at Northend Tax services. I know it’s a busy time for accountants so totally understand if they were having an off/ stressed day, but we arrived at our appointment on time, and were completely ignored by the two people sitting in the office. We weren’t even sure who John Mclain was, because the person sitting at the desk seemed so irritated by our presence and didn’t say hello or even acknowledge that we walked in.
