I ordered the Casablanca custom made sectional, and I am very satisfied with this purchase. The quality of the couch is exactly what I am looking for, and it is so spacious and perfect for my family and friends. The gentlemen who took care of me is very professional and kind. This furniture store is the BEST! We bought a beautiful dining room set. There was a bit of an issue with the shipping, but that was the fault of the trucking company. North End furniture had it resolved ASAP. Very professional and made sure everything was accurate. I wish other business's would treat their customers as good as North End does. They have beautiful furniture and very good quality and fantastic customer service. Thankyou for everything.
I recently purchased the nova Canadian Made sectional sofa from North End furniture and we couldn’t be more happier with the results. From all the options of different shapes, colors, fabrics, we were able to custom make a couch that fit our living space perfectly! The customer service was exceptional as they understood all the details we wanted for the couch. We have placed another order for our family room furniture as well!
Got a new sectional and ottoman for my house and we absolutely love it! Great service, amazing product and so comfortable. The only reason I took a star off was because of the delivery men that came. They damaged the feet of the couch and then told me to use touch up marker and then even told me they were third party and asked for a tip. When addressed with the owner he corrected it right away, apologized and shipped new feet for the couch and for that I give 5/5! Customer service was great. I would definitely buy again!
I recently got a sofa delivered to my studio, and my experience with North End Furniture was absolutely amazing. Firstly, the product itself is beautiful with its white and gold aesthetic (I got tons of compliments on it), and secondly, the order and delivery were seamless. I got my order so quickly, followed by the spray service they offer (anti-stain on fabrics), and the result was perfect. 5/5 North End Furniture - my go-to for all furniture in the future.
