I love my new couch. It was custom and fits perfectly in my small space. I picked this microfibre low pile fabric because I have a cat and she already ruined 3 previous cheap couches. So far she has no interest. And we tested a swatch which they lent to us and it was a success. Excited for my custom toss pillows and then the experience will be complete and flawless. 2 stars. Comfortable couch, but I was misled, and that’s why I can’t rate higher. I want to be fair, so let me start with what North End did well. The showroom experience was great. Small, clean, easy to browse, and choosing the right couch was simple. I was on a tight budget and they were accommodating in negotiating the floor model. We bought the Canadian made sectional and are very happy with it. It's comfortable and spacious. Barathan was very helpful when we first came to the store. He showed us all options and expertly answered our questions. The delivery was flawless, everything was properly sealed with thick plastic. We are very happy with our experience at North End Furniture and definitely recommend them.
