Such a warm welcoming place for seniors and even younger adults ( they just pay a bit more for membership). They have a very adequate gym that is not crazy busy. Also a good selection of clubs and programs that should have something for everyone. Their book-sale that they have every few months is well worth checking out. I truly enjoy the time I spend here.
DISCRIMINATION AGAINST VULNERABLE SENIORS. NESA has decided to change their LANDRY PASS program leaving LOW income seniors unable to enjoy the programs they should be entitled too. They use to provide a 75 percent discount now they are only giving a $200. annual allowance towards programs. Seniors have contributed alot toward this community and now they are taking away some of the few pleasures we have. As a new member, I've really grown to enjoy the Centre, the cafe, and the great variety of programs offered. Add social events, live music options and more. Check it out. Cheers.
