I've been with this specific branch since 2020. I can honestly say that I am truly grateful for the staff here & at NES in general. I have had super stressful situations happen as of late & they have genuinely made the most incredible difference for me. Making this calm , easy & fixing the problems so smoothly that I will stay with them always. Banks are all great when things run good / you can really test a bank through strenuous situations & NES has set the bar to the highest standards. 12/10
I had an amazing experience at this bank and I’m not even an Account holder here. I was in a major bind and needed a significant amount of money cashed and no other bank had the funds on hand but then I called the bank on Bedford street and not only were they able to cash it , the 2 women at the counter Frankie and Sarah were so freaking cool !! I just wanted to come on here and give 5 stars. She helped my grandparents and I with a notary and she was so amazing. It was a very stressful project and she was so kind and patient.
Avoid at all costs. I took out a simple HEAT loan with them and set up recurring payments. For 6 months, they have administratively botched my account. Accounting errors lead to claiming my account is delinquent, adding late fees, etc. I’ve called repeatedly, done everything North Easton asks, and the problem is never addressed. To make matters worse, they falsely send negative credit reporting. Total nightmare to deal with.
