EDIT: Since closing the account I'm still having issues; while I was at the branch I was given a guarantee that the account would be closed immediately in order to avoid additional fees, I even had the manager cancel a check I'd initially given him for the balance and paid cash instead in order to ensure there would be absolutely no wait between the deposit and the account closing. Dont use this bank. They used to be good before they merged with Mutual. They are flooded with hidden fees.
