Terrible after hours customer service
This bank's customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Do not, I repeat do not use! My friend and I have tried to book a trip with her debit card (more than enough money is available in the account) and it continues to get declined. I have tried to call this bank MANY times today without success. It either keeps ringing or someone "picks up" and hangs up. We have used her card to purchase at another store and it works.
