Friendly but won’t make small change unless it’s in paper rolls and you have a current account with them. I’ve been able to get small changes from banks before and now suddenly you have to have an account to get small change. Instead they referred me to go to their Longview branch to get coin wrappers, THEN AND ONLY THEN would they accept change from me so long as I had an active account. And after scraping my car on their horribly steep driveway.
