Incredible gym with the best people! There is no other gym that can top this one!
Been training at NESC and with Tom for almost a year now, I’ve made incredible progress, the equipment is top tier, and plenty of it. Tom has a vast amount of knowledge for the sport of powerlifting, and general training as well, the gym is very friendly and everyone is welcome, Tom and Katherine are lovely and inviting, cheers
