Awful experience trying to get help when my daughter and I needed it the most. Application was ignored until the last minute. Luckily I had enough in my account to make a minimum payment and avoid shut off.
I applied for usda over 4 months ago and never got anywhere.... at all. Anytime I called Crystal was just looking at my paperwork earlier that day. She requested me to sign a new application twice to update my application as they are time sensitive. But it never got anywhere. Ended up going a different route. Very disappointing.
I had a great crew weatherize my home. I am so very thankful for this program. Excellent work, very polite work crew. Shannon, James, I thank you so very much. Your work has been my blessing.
