Very Quiet and peaceful grounds. Nice gardens, well maintained green space. Oddly Soviet era brutalist design buildings. Free parking, but maybe only after business hours since it was a ghost town in the early evening.
Did not have time to go in and have an overlook of the city. The outside is great.
DMV OFFICE... The man at the window is so kind and extremely helpful and goes out of his way to make sure everyone gets what they need and any questions answered!!
As far as a capitol goes this one would be the most basic boring capitol we've ever been to so far. Love the skyscraper look and going up to the observation deck, but other than that there wasn't much history to be shared. Seems like it's just a really busy building where lots of business happens.
