Open to the public. Security at entrance. Very nice, historic building with lots of displays. Near ND State Museum and DOT. Many things to do and see here. There is a cafeteria inside. Public is welcome to come watch how their government works. The Capitol complex is very active during session, so plan accordingly. Lots of off street parking but be aware of traffic routing and one-way traffic areas.

It was lovely. I like the place. The people a d the Justices were warm and welcoming.
