On Sunday October 5th I showed up thinking there was a 9:40 train leaving Santa Fe depot going north and come to find out the train time leaving north was at 10:40. They had the newer coaster schedule posted on their website as if it was the active current schedule. That’s so tacky and that could be conflicting and confusing to some folks

My son left his school backpack at the Encinitas terminal. Computer, retainer, everything. Oceanside office helped us get our bag back! Amazing service from NCTD! Thankyou very much..

I have been trying to transition from driving and NCTD routes and service have made that difficult in my experience. I have had so many delayed and late connections. At this point, I'm literally sprinting as fast as I can at transit centers and to bus stops and still getting left behind even when drivers see me running towards them. I've spent so many extra hours in the past year waiting for the next service or finding alternate transportation when service is canceled or delayed.
