I do not write reviews. Ever. But in this case when I was looking for Ryan's phone number to refer to a friend and saw two one-star reviews I could not let it go by. Ryan is an EXCELLENT attorney who bends over backward to do the right thing by her clients. She is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I would rate higher than 5 if I could. My 92 year old uncle, who had just been admitted into hospice care, had questions about his Will and Living Trust. The only copy I found in his home was a DRAFT copy. My uncle had questions about the contents of the Will and Living Trust so I contacted Ryan, explained that her client was in hospice care and reported that a signed copy of the trust could not be found. Was headed toward a first consultation. I understood there was a two week wait. I was open to waiting. I was called back and told cannot refer me to anyone for help. Was told to try San Diego Lawyer Referral Service. This was unexpected, unprofessional, and an undeserved blow off. I may have dodged a bullet so to speak.
