This water company charges you an entire month regardless of the number of days. So basically they double dip. From 12/18/24 to 1/22/25 I was charged full sewer and water rate. My service ended on 1/31/25 so I was billed from 1/22/25 to 1/31/25 which is 9 days. They billed me the full flat rate sewer and trash amount. When I inquired I was told they do not prorate instead they double dip in the same month. They will trap you in charges if your autopay card expires or replaced. You will only get an email that goes to spam folder, but no call from them, no knock on the door. Horrible CS! Junk company!
