In the past I was never a big fan of physical therapy because the other companies started you on exercises that were so simple as to be a waste of time. Here at North Coast Physical Therapy they began at a base that was a bit challenging and worked up from there. As you progressed, they added slightly more difficult things to do that you could practice at home. They eventually paid off, and while I'm not 100% there yet, I'm getting pretty close.
