I’ve had wonderful experiences with North Coast Energy Services Inc. They are professional and for the people.
Anyone who tells you that you can't expect government assistance to be there for you in hard times or emergencies simply hasn't dealt with NCES. I don't know how other counties administer their LIHEAP aid, but we're extremely fortunate here in Mendocino County to have such an efficient and effective operation making a huge impact in people's lives. I'm eternally grateful for their caring staff, their services and the aid we received at a critical time. What a wonderful organization!
