Very friendly and helpful, just top notch customer service in general. I was looking for a small order, so they were unable to help me with my product needs, but they helped me lock down correct terminology and wished me luck on my project. I would definitely give them any business I could.
Since I opened my own electrical business the guys at North Coast have been extremely helpful and always go the extra mile to help me out. If they don't have something in stock (very rare) they find it quickly. The customer service is top notch! Brian is an amazing salesman and is quick to reply on phone calls and emails. Highly recommend this company.
The employees are very helpful and nice. This is an electrical store. Not a hardware store. If they dint have something, they will order it for you..
