Dealing with this bank is incredibly frustrating and is a massive inconvenience. The online parts of this business are archaic and have been in desperate need of updates for over a decade. The high dividends almost aren't worth all the hassle, it's the only reason I've stayed.

Please learn how to properly terminate an account. Other banks would schedule the termination after a pending transfer was complete and mail a cashier's check for the remaining balance. Instead, this establishment terminated the account while a transfer was pending and issued a cashier's check, while still pushing through the pending transfer; essentially freezing our new account for a week while they figure their stuff out and remove the funds from our account.
